Mr. Tulp is a lifelong New Jersey resident who began his real estate career in 1974. He earned a BS in Real Estate Economics/Finance from Bowling Green University. He completed his first development at age 27 in 1979. Mr Tulp is the third-generation of his family in the real estate business. His grandfather founded the H. J. Tulp Company in 1922, in Teaneck, NJ.
Mr. Tulp currently serves as Commissioner and Vice President of the Palisades Interstate Park Commission, having been appointed by Governor Christie in 2009.
Lloyd is an avid skier, cyclist and fly fisherman.
