In late 2018, Wawa signed a 2-acre ground lease on the Park 11 property in Belleville, New Jersey to open a gas station and convenience store in 2020. The property is located at the intersection of Franklin Avenue and Mill Street—right in the heart of one of New Jersey’s most populous residential centers. Wawa is just one of many retailers and facilities that have signed on to be part of this Tulfra Real Estate and The Hampshire Companies joint venture, which opened in 2015.
In 2022, Tulfra Real Estate and The Hampshire Companies welcomed Starbucks as the latest tenant at Park 11 in Belleville, New Jersey. The property itself is located at a highly visible location—next to a busy intersection and swaths of residential blocks. Park 11 is adjacent to the premiere medical facility in the area, Clara Maass Medical Center. Motorists are also in close proximity to Routes 3, 17, and 21, the New Jersey Turnpike, and the Garden State Parkway.
Cranford – QuickChek
Beginning its long-term lease in 2018, the QuickChek Corp. opened a convenience store and gas station on the 1.87-acre site, located at 370 North Avenue East, Cranford, New Jersey. The property itself is located in close proximity to the Garden State Parkway, located immediately off Exit 137. On average thousands of motorists pass through the area each day.
