The Delford at Village Center

Tulfra’s latest project involves the transformation of a former AT&T data center into a mixed-use property, Village Center of Rochelle Park. Located adjacent to the Westfield Garden State Plaza—one of the largest retail centers in the tri-state area, the property features dining, retail, a 113,000-square-foot self-storage building, and coming soon, The Delford.
