Where North Haledon saw an idle, overlooked property, we saw an opportunity to create something positive for the township: Molly Brook on Belmont. This pristine community is currently home to 180-luxury apartments situated on 20-plus-acres with a pool, clubhouse, open space, and lounge areas. Tulfra has been responsible for all facets of development including leasing, construction, and branding efforts. The end result – less than one year to lease-up.
