A key component of a Redevelopment Zone and built by Tulfra in 2021, this former AT&T data site was developed into a 113,000-square-foot self-storage building with 816 storage units. The property was acquired by Tulfra in late 2018. This four-story complex is also part of a thriving 7-acre mixed-use Tulfra development with a scenic park and pond, as well as open space for future luxury apartments and retail. The building is managed by Columbia Self Storage.
