“This is a milestone not only for Tulfra but also for the Jersey City community,” said Sonny Jumani, President/CEO of Tulfra Real Estate. “We are proud to transform this former industrial site into a best-in-class storage facility that will serve thousands of residents and businesses in one of the fastest-growing markets in the nation.”

Jersey City Self Storage’s strategic location underscores its value to the community. The property is just one mile from Exchange Place and the PATH station, twenty minutes from Lower Manhattan, and thirty minutes from Downtown Brooklyn, with direct access to Liberty State Park and easy connections to Midtown Manhattan via the Holland and Lincoln tunnels.

The opening of Jersey City Self Storage adds to Tulfra’s growing self-storage portfolio, which now exceeds one million square feet of developed facilities across northern New Jersey. It also reflects the company’s broader mission of redeveloping underutilized sites into valuable, income-generating community assets.
