Lloyd Tulp and Salvatore Frassetto first joined forces to reinvent real estate, they had a vision to provide the industry with a full suite of turnkey best-in-class solutions that solve business problems and attract investors.
Mr. Jumani, has spent his entire real estate career with Tulfra, he has BS in Accounting from IIMC Hyderabad, India. Mr. Jumani specializes in complex value add real estate investments. Mr. Jumani is a member of the Advisory Board of The Center for Real Estate at Rutgers Business School and an active member of the Foundation for Free Enterprise, an educational foundation committed to teaching school age children about free markets.
Mr. Tulp is a third generation real estate executive and a lifelong New Jersey resident. He began his real estate career in 1974. He has a BS in Real Estate Economics and Finance from Bowling Green University in Ohio.
Mr. Tulp has developed over $500 million of office, industrial, retail and residential projects during his career.
Mr. Tulp is currently Vice President of the Palisades Interstate Park Commission, having been appointed by Governor Christie. Mr. Tulp has served on the transition committee for Governor Christie, and is the former chairman and a board member of the Foundation for Free Enterprise.
Mr. Frassetto is a lifelong New Jersey resident. He began his real estate career in 1971 with a family-owned business. Mr. Frassetto has developed over 20 million sq. ft. of real estate projects during his career. He is a founder of the Blue and Gold Foundation, a non-profit educational scholarship foundation.
